This patient is being treated for lung adenocarcinoma that has metastasized.
I have the following sentence:
"je propose un diminution de la corticothérapie à 10 mg/j et je propose de garder un fond de corticothérapie encore pour plusieurs semaines, le temps que la régression soit confirmée"
What do they mean by "garder un fond de corticothérapie" in this instance? Could it be a "baseline dose"? or do they mean "garder un traitement de fond" = "primary therapy"?
