Help with Routledge Business Installation

Some days ago a friend gave an old CD. It's a Routledge Business and Finance English/Spanish dictionary (old version)
I'm having problems installing it. Is there sb who had problems with it? Can anyone help me?

... the Routledge Diccionary of Business, Commerce and Finance (eng-esp), version 1.1, from 1997 or 1998 and it works normally on Windows XP.

What kind of problems do you have during the installation?

It's an OLD (quite old) original CD Jan 19, 2007

I'm trying to install a complete version from the CD.

1) When it starts to read the information from the CD, it says that it cannot be done from a "Network device".
2) When I copy it to my HD it says that it's not being run from a CD.

Note: The CD reader works fine, so is the PC. I've tested it. And the only conclusion is that something is wrong with the CD. The CD has no scratches. The CD is old but it's well kept, I guess.
