I noticed that I do not have the support tickets on my list...
This person sent me a file to translate that I found on Wikipedia and gave me double the amount that I requested...
I sent 2 tickets to the support but apparently, the system is not working!

I cannot visualise the entire post because of language (and field, I suppose) restrictions.
BTW, have you tried reporting this as SCAM (bottom of the job post page), rather than raising a support ticket?
I did precisely that yesterday for another job post, and the ProZ staff reacted and acted very swiftly.

Please submit a support request and provide more information and steps when you were reporting the job. This will allow the support team to check the system.

I am afraid I do not see recent support requests submitted from your profile. Please check "My requests" section. As there are different steps to report the spam please submit a support request and provide your full steps to test.

I do not understand why you keep asking TargamaT team (sorry, I don't know the gentleman's name) to raise a support request after he's told you repeatedly that because of a bug in the system he cannot do that?
I've already raised a support request on his behalf, and warned Lucia as the Forum mod to draw her attention to this, so please get in touch with him via his profile page or whatever, and help him out with the issues he's currently having and has had for qu... See more Yana,

I wouldn't be surprised if this thread too was destined to oblivion, like many others in the fora.
A two-word reply from the topic starter and the ProZ mod would have sufficed, in my case.
No surprise, though, as people running the site and some of its users (present company excepted) seem to be more AI-oriented than anything else, and keep forgetting basic human courtesies.
