I just received a message from that dubious company. They request was to proofread from English to Norwegian. Since I had a spare moment I asked them to tell me where they got the idea from that I might speak Norwegian. There will never be a reply, I know, but maybe next time they'll check more carefully to whom they're sending their scam.

I would be hard-pressed to identify this as a scam. It's a tiny project and the rate is ridiculously low(*), so it doesn't seem like they're actually trying to steal money, or that they're desperate for somebody to take on the project. What do you think?
