Webterm won't open

Are you able to open the terminology collection webterm of the Fachhochschule Köln? http://www.iim.fh-koeln.de/webterm/

It won't open for me. I'm afraid they have discontinued it online.

Since September 2015, they use a new name ("Technische Hochschule") and a new domain ("th-koeln.de"). The website is new as well. Maybe Webterm hasn't been moved yet or is victim of a clearing action.
