Since I understand French and Italian all these languages get mixed up in my head. I suppose it is written in Spanish ?
Since I am interested in the Trados issue I will have to copy the spanish (?) article and pass it piece by piece in an altavista babelfish site or similar and see what I understand.
I would like to know more about the trados and a beginners guide is very interesting.

Quite interesting as to Export - Import | Dec 28, 2008 |
I'm struggling to learn trados, and I found this collaboration. An absolute beginner could have problems following these instructions if not guided step by step. Nevertheless, I have found the portion regarding the Export-Import memories quite interesting, as I believe it is there that my Trados fails. I'll insist. Thanks for the article.

hola,
es que hemos aprendido a utilizar Trados en la universidad, pero ahora tengo el programa en mi propio ordenador y ya empiezan los problemas..
Pensé que todo iba bien, hasta que noté que el multiterm no estaba conectado con el Workbench - no tengo ni la más remota idea como puede ser eso, como tengo todos los programas guardado en el mismo sitio e installado todo como se debe hacer.
Sería super si alguien tuviera una idea del asunto y me podría responder! ... See more hola,

SDL Trados 2007 consists of 3 modules
Workbench is used to access the Translation Memory (TM), a database of existing translated sentences.
TagEditor is the editing tool, where the translation is done.
MultiTerm is an add-on (installed) which may be running in the background. It checks the segment currently being translated for English words or groups of words which may have a pre-approved translation.
