I would like to ask you for help. My keyboard has suddenly stopped working - instead of letters, it writes numbers.

I would be very grateful for your ideas.

Ps. Fortunately, I connected another keyboard which is working, but I am affraid of loosing it as well.

What product are you using? Is it on a laptop? If so, turn off numlock.

Yes, I am using the laptop, I guess the numlock is turned off.

I found this 'trick' on a help board by the way. I do not work on a laptop, so I don't know whether it works.
