I am looking for model general terms of business for business as well as consecutive interpreting assignments. Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks for your help Grace.

I would also be looking for some more specific pointers specifically for interpreting assignments (like hours, minimum hours worked, travel time, overtime, cancellation etc.) combined in a sample document.

Having been referred to the AIIC, I wonder whether there is other information available.

Have a look under www.aiic.net. It's illegal to post rates (DG IV Brussels, FTC USA decisions. If you are not a qualified interpreter, you might wish to train, also contact aiic, they have a list of recognised training establishments.
