After my A-Levels with major subjects in Physics, Mathematics, German and Philosophy, I studied Mathematics and Physics at the Universities of Münster and Bonn between 1980 and 1988. My initiation into the translation industry started by checking translations for the IT industry for their technical and linguistic accuracy (from English into German).


From 1990 to 2007, I lived and worked in the UK, where I also undertook training in several alternative healing techniques.
