Source text - English A typical complex of regional work in this phase includes:
• Deciphering of the materials of photography, aerial and space photography, geological, hydro geological, structural and geomorphologic, geochemical photography and other small-scale explorations;
• Aeromagnetic and gravitational surveys (scale 1:200000 – 1:50000) and electrical survey;
• Seismic exploration following the system of supporting profile intersections;
• Boring of key and parametric wells on bearing profiles in different structural and factual conditions;
• Summarizing and analyzing of geological and geophysical information and results of well-boring.
Contractor is required to be under the operation of the applicable law of the Country where the work is conducted and, unless the current agreement advises otherwise, to submit applications and to acquire all necessary certificates, permits, licenses, and credential letters necessary for personnel, materials, and technologies, required inside and outside of the Country where the work is conducted, including all permits and licenses, required in accordance with applicable provisions of the export Statutory act (US Department of Commerce), or statutory acts of any other state authority for utilization of Contract equipment, personnel, and technologies in implementation of the Time-charter or during export of the Contract equipment, personnel, and technologies of the kind into the Country where the work is conducted.

- аэромагнитную, гравиметрическую съёмки масштабов 1:200000 - 1:50000 и электроразведку;
- сейсморазведочные работы по системе опорных профильных пересечений;
- бурение опорных и параметрических скважин на опорных профилях в различных структурно-фациальных условиях;
- обобщение и анализ геолого-геофизической информации, результатов бурения скважин.
Подрядчик обязан подпадать под действие применимого закона Страны проведения работ и за исключением положений настоящего Соглашения, предусматривающих иное, подать заявки и получить все необходимые сертификаты, разрешения, лицензии и полномочия, необходимые для персонала, материалов и технологии, требуемой внутри или за пределами Страны проведения работ, включая любые разрешения или лицензии, требуемые в соответствии с применимыми положениями Нормативного акта по управлению экспортом Министерства торговли США, или нормативных актов любого другого государственного органа для использования Контрактного оборудования, персонала или технологии при выполнении Тайм-Чартера или при экспорте такого Контрактного оборудования, персонала и технологии в Страну проведения работ.
