I work with TagEditor 2007, Version 8.1. Suddenly the colour of the target text changed into red. Not the background colour, but the colour of the letters. I also use an imported TM. Can anyone give me an explanation?

No importance

Such font changes may occur on the TagEditor user interface but they are of no importance: nothing will not show up in the target file, as all formatting commands are handled by tags. If you find this disturbing, you can always copy the source segment (or a part of it) and overwrite it. Attila

Watch out
Feb 12, 2009
You need to pay close attention to colours in Tag Editor, because if you don't, you may find that originally black text in a huge Powerpoint presentation turns to purple halfway through, and after clean up, you have to go back and fix it all manually. If the text in the editor changes colour, make sure you copy the tags from the source sentence. The colour might still not be reflected correctly in Tag Editor, but it should be in the cleaned up document.
