manejo
Si bien esta planificación abarca todo tipo de prestación que se realiza fuera del hospital (domicilio, vía pública, unidades sanitarias, traslado de pacientes, etc.), haremos referencia fundamentalmente al ***manejo*** de las urgencias y emergencias, refiriéndonos brevemente a las otras actividades.
Basado en lo expuesto y analizando la actual realidad en el ***manejo*** de la emergencia, XXX formará un centro normativo y de capacitación donde se concentre la actividad de planificación, organización y control de calidad del sistema.
Esto tal vez para muchos, pudiera no ser significativo como es el ***manejo*** del SIDA, el cólera u otra enfermedad transmisible, que obliga por presión social a tomar medidas que de no ser así ponen en peligro la continuidad política.

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
