It can be YOU, he, she, but the point is that you cut the words in the wrong place. Acceso directA, is no sense. Acceso must be directO. But in this case you are using "directa" as the short form of "directamente". It is and adverb not an adjective. It is as if it said "directamente e indirectamente" but in Spanish these two "mente" (="ly" in English) do not sound very nice so we use "directa e indirectamente".
