I'm not sure how best to translate this idea - I take it this is a reference to the 'áreas' of the houses within the development - the general excellence/spaciousness of their rooms/layout. But how to say this in EN in a suitably concise and appealing way? I have used 'generously proportioned' for the 'áreas generosas' but am stuck on the title. I have seen the same phrase translated on another site as just 'the best areas' but this doesn't say much to me in English.
