Terreno 'cabeça de quadra' on this site listed seems to mean that it is a plot of land that is at the end of the 'block' of plots - if you look at the website it has a helpful diagram to show us!
I know that if you were describing a house at the end of a row of houses, you could say in UK english, 'end-of-terrace'. Ok, but that won't do here.
So I think it's a property at the end of a block of properties. As for how to describe it nicely..........
Example sentence:

main street frontage

"cabeça de quadra" is the part of the block adjoining the principal roadway or street. In the context above, the property has the added advantage of facing the oncoming traffic flow.
