Urine sample This sounds to me like a "clean-catch" specimen ("isolada),"and a random sample ("casual"). So, "random clean-catch urine sample" is my guess. Is this to test for infection? In the UK we say, "random MID-STREAM specimen of urine" if on the hunt for organisms when UTI is suspected. Maybe "clean-catch" would bee more characteristic of North America.

casual isolated

Although this is not my area of expertise, I have heard of "casual" urine samples and google has many references to "isolated" samples so I went out on a limb and guessed "casual, isolated urine sample" and google seems to confirm it.
Example sentence:

Mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased as the ratio of urinary sodium to creatinine increased (as estimated from a casual urine sample)...

In conclusion, using isolated urine sample to deduct 24 hours natriuresis is unhelpful in daily clinical practice, since
