Aus einem Arztbrief, dort heißt es:
Klinische Angaben (übernommen aus *Auftrag*) bzw. Fragestellung (übernommen aus *Auftrag*)

Wie darf ich "Auftrag" verstehen? Aus welchem Auftrag (von wem? an wen)) wurden die Infos übernommen??
"Order" scheint mir unpassend... Vielleicht eher "task"?

Es existieren drei verschiedene Arten der Überweisung von einem Arzt zum anderen:

1. Auftragsleistung: Der/die überweisende Arzt/Ärztin gibt einen spezifischen Auftrag an den Empfänger der Überweisung weiter.
2. Konsiliaruntersuchung
3. Mit- oder Weiterbehandlung

Ich denke, in Deinem Fall geht es um so eine Art von Überweisung (Auftragsleistung).

agree  Lirka: Just "referral" ( if it was a medical report), but it could also be a request to the lab, imaging or pathology (I'd say the latter is more likely since you have "Fragestellung; I often see it there)
