Not sure what the Macedonian is, whilst assume the asker is using English as a 'relay' or bridging language into her majestic, native vernacular with a shortage of legal translators.

Not a problem for those of us who had been speculating over such a scenario, though it's better to spell out the 'relay' baton. There was a recent ProZ case of an irate Norwegian boy who had been quering why an irascible Spanish Señorita (who had lived in Norway) was translating into English until she, too, revealed that all her Norwegian queries were being relayed via English into Spanish. Coincidentally, another Norwegian 'gentleman' respondent recounted that he had lived many years in a South American country and could answer the queries directly into the target language.

Thanks. Anyhow, dynamic risks seem(s) to be a term of art and the jargon in this (British) custodial context of (US-type) incarceration.

"Der Risikovollzug ist ein Bereich innerhalb der Abteilung Straf- und Massnahmenvollzug. Er hat seine Arbeit am 1. August 2009 aufgenommen. Der Risikovollzug triagiert auf der Basis von Risikobeurteilungen die eingehenden Vollzugsfälle und entscheidet, ob ein Fall künftig im Bereich „Normalvollzug“ oder aber – aufgrund des erhöhten Risikos – im Risikovollzug selber geführt wird.
Dossiers von Personen, die wegen eines Anlassdeliktes im Sinne von Art. 64 Abs. 1 StGB (in der Regel schweres Sexual- oder Gewaltdelikt) verurteilt worden sind und eine ungünstige Legalprognose für analoge Delikte in der Zukunft aufweisen, verbleiben bezüglich der Fallführung im Risikovollzug.
Der Risikovollzug entscheidet darüber, ob bei den von ihm geführten Vollzugsfällen bezüglich der Gewährung einer konkreten Vollzugsöffnung vorgängig eine Empfehlung der Kommission zur Beurteilung der Gemeingefährlichkeit von Straftätern (KoFako) eingeholt werden sollte, um den Entscheid zusätzlich abzusichern. In einigen Fällen ist die Vorlage des Falls vor die Kommission aufgrund der gesetztlichen Bestimmungen zwingend (z.B. bei verwahrten Tätern). ...
