English to Ukrainian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) контракт

In the event CONTRACTOR ITEMS fail to provide the required service whilst operating within the OPERATING ENVELOPE, then CONTRACTOR shall not be entitled to any compensation in accordance with Section III - Schedule of Prices and Rates, Article 4.2 for such CONTRACTOR ITEMS from the point in operations at which the failure occurred. The rates for such CONTRACTOR ITEMS shall recommence when the failure has been rectified and such CONTRACTOR ITEMS are fully operational again at the point in the operations at which the failure originally occurred.
