A description of the YYY's policies are available from XXX on request (and for the avoidance of doubt, such policies are incorporated in to this Agreement by reference, notwithstanding that any such policies are not attached hereto).
The Company shall also reimburse XXX for all out of pocket and production costs incurred by XXX and/or the YYY personnel in connection with assistance rendered to the Company in respect of ***competitive pitches***.
All payments in accordance with the clauses 000 and 000000 shall be notified to the Company in writing.
XXX reserves the right to charge interest on all invoices presented to the Company which are not paid by the relevant due date at the annual rate of x% above the base rate from time to time of a Crocodile Bank. Such interest will accrue on a daily basis from the date on which payment became overdue up to the date on which XXX receives the full outstanding amount together with all accrued interest.
