A pronounced increase in nocturia of 6-7 times. Massive pressing micturition. Cystoscopically, the last control shows a complete bladder neck sclerosis and also recurrent adenomas in the area of the **prostate analog**. The indication for the transurethral opening of the sclerosis is given.
Disinfection, sterile draping in the lithotomy position. Antibiotic therapy with two ampoules of Bactrim intravenously, team time-out. Entering with the cystoscope to the scleral ring. Impassable. This is now gradually removed with the resection
loop until entry into the bladder is possible. Survey cystoscopy shows unremarkable conditions. No neoplasia, no concrement formation. Orthotopically located ureteral ostia on both sides. Some recurrent adenomas also remain in the area of the prostatic urethra. These are gradually separated so that at the end there is a wide-open **resected prostatic analog**. Conclusion with few apical flick steps.

Поскольку пациент мужского пола, то у него него "аналога простаты" быть не может быть по определению, а может в результате хирургического вмешательства возникнуть ситуация, аналогичная последствиям удаления простаты.

Видимо, пытались удалить простату, но при этом сохранить целостность мочеиспускательного канала (уретры), проходящего сквозь предстательную железу, который гиперплазия предстательной железы сдавливает, тем самым вызывая проблемы с мочеиспусканием.

Видимо, пытались удалить простату, но при этом сохранить целостность мочеиспускательного канала (уретры), проходящего сквозь предстательную железу, который гиперплазия предстательной железы сдавливает, тем самым вызывая проблемы с мочеиспусканием.

Abstract
Aims: Using a lumped parameter theoretical model of bladder outlet function, we previously explored the relationship between the tube law of the urethra and the pressure-flow characteristics during micturition [Mijailovich et al., 2004]. To validate this theoretical model, we constructed a mechanical analog of the male lower urinary tract that incorporated elements simulating all relevant parameters of the theoretical model. In addition, we determined the effect of alterations in compliance of the flow-controlling zone on these relationships.
Methods: In the mechanical analog, the bladder neck and urethra were represented by a thin-walled conduit made of latex rubber and the prostate with a fluid filled cuff of variable compliance encircling the conduit. We measured in the same system steady-state pressure-flow (p-Q) and pressure-area (p-A) relationships of the flow-controlling zone. The effects of bladder outlet obstruction and prostatic compliance on these relationships were simulated by varying cuff pressure and capacitative coupling of the cuff, respectively.
