fully backed like the US buck? then it is nalichnost, I agree. explanation for receipt money:
A goldsmith or banker issues paper receipts or certificates al�ways redeemable for an exact quantity of pre�cious metal and the receipts may be traded in�dependently.
it is not talking about the modern money we use but "money" before paper money was ever made.

or обеспеченные драгоценным металлом? We had this in the U.S. until the gold standard (золотое обеспечение) was eliminated in 1933. Now money is just paper, worth whatever value people attribute to it.
