receipt money
Selected
бумажные деньги, обеспеченные золотом
or обеспеченные драгоценным металлом? We had this in the U.S. until the gold standard (золотое обеспечение) was eliminated in 1933. Now money is just paper, worth whatever value people attribute to it.

Discussion
A goldsmith or banker issues paper receipts or certificates always redeemable for an exact quantity of precious metal and the receipts may be traded independently.
it is not talking about the modern money we use but "money" before paper money was ever made.
