Injection occurs in a four-station structure containing the moulds and a press that counteracts the moulding pressure. The whole injection path is thermostatic.
Due to the low injection pressure, the moulds are of aluminium with stainless steel inserts that allow for a better heat transfer with a consequent increase in productivity and a reduction in the manufacturing costs
