zastąpiłbym - zarejestrowanej nieruchomość -- własności ujętej w ewidencji nieruchomości
Żadne zbycie/przeniesienie własności (zarejestrowanej) nieruchomości ewidencyjnej ... nie może zostać zarejestrowane bez pisemnej zgody podpisanej przez właściciela/posiadacza
