,,Load Stock

Insert pallet with stock on the feeder platform.
Centre pallet on platform (ensure centre for stock and platform).
Set pile height top of pile must be 5mm below the top of the draw gate.
Set feeder head position.
Always set to back of sheet pile — tighten carriage to set position.
Adjust feeder mechanisms accordingly.
Feeder Head — set feeder head boot to top of pile using feeder head adjustments.
Set “fingers” to rest on top of stock pile.
Set separator air ½ above top of pile.


Feeder Control Panel
Set all controls: boot air, separator air, pickup suckers, to maximum and adjust accordingly during the run.''
