A kontekst? Słowo "autoryzowany" trzeba wykorzystać na tłumaczenie "authorised" (chyba żeby dać "koncesjonowany" - ale to chyba jednak gorszy pomysł), słowo "licencja" na "licensed" - co więc zostaje na "enrolled"? Co więcej, nie jest to przedstawiciel IRS - summa summarum korzyść z tego tekstu jest niewielka, a w dodatku podsuwa on błędne tłumaczenie ("przedstawiciel").

a od czego są Gugle? Od 1999 roku posiadam licencję “Enrolled Agent”. Enrolled Agent (EA) to autoryzowany przez władze stanowe przedstawiciel, który posiada praktyczne doświadczenie w zakresie podatków i jest upoważniony przez Urząd Skarbowy USA do reprezentowania
