make a copy of at least the FIRST PAGE of the AWE Programme Application (for your own
records) and to send to Yy at the end of each week by registered mail or courier, the Interview Report, the original Programme Application, signed Terms and Conditions, all relevant references, job offer (if applicable), 1 passport size photo, Medical and Police
Report, in addition to all other documents which were received at interview.
