English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Save as set out below, the Organisers may not assign, charge or otherwise encumber, create any trust over or deal in any other manner with this Agreement (in whole or in part) or any right, benefit or interest under it, nor transfer or sub-contract any of its obligations under it without the prior written consent of X, which consent may be given subject to such conditions as X may in its discretion require.
