A mi się widzi, że o to chodzi. Tj. facet może mieć jakiś inny ślub - np. cywilny - ale nie ma ślubu w myśl kanonów hinduizmu.

In online service we provide service of marriage registration. We all know that the registration of marriage is compulsory for all everyone in India. There are two kinds Marriage Acts: the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and Special Marriage Act, 1954. The Hindu Marriage Act is applicable only to the Hindus, whereas the Special Marriage Act is applicable to all citizens of India.
Requirements of Hindu Marriage Act (HMA) according to section 5 of HMA
Minimum age limit is 21 for boy and 18 for girl.
Parties must be Hindu, unmarried or divorced, and if already married then at the time of marriage his/her spouse should not be alive.
Both parties must be physically and mentally healthy.
Parties must not be come in SAPINDA and PROHIBITED DEGREE.

to any person who is a Hindu by religion in any of its forms or developments, including a Virashaiva, a Lingayat or a follower of the Brahmo, Prarthana or Arya Samaj;
to any person who is a Buddhist, Jain or Sikh by religion; and
