"beleid" finde ich sehr politisch. Darum finde ich Strategie-... nicht unbedingt passend.
Anstelle von Lenkungsgruppe würde ich Lenkungsausschuss nehmen. Und mit dem Begriff Lenkungsausschuss finde ich ist auch "beleid" übersetzt.
