arteriosclerotic heart disease and controlled (treated) heart failure

http://www.patient.co.uk/leaflets/morbus_cordis.htm

"morbus cordis incompensatus" is literally "decompensated cardiac disease", in other words heart failure.

I think (not 100% sure) that "tractata" is "treated", with the understanding that the treatment is effective, therefore the condition is "controlled".

agree Dana Sackett Lössl : your suggestion seems to be right. For tractata, see http://ita.proz.com/kudoz/538134 or wikipedia
