I think it's just 'sales', but thought I'd better check as I'm full of cold right now.

sales

I came across this in a text a while ago and asked the client. They told me it was just another word for sales.
Of course, it depends on the wider context, but I think it's just a trendy word...

2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks, Pernille - I think it's true that only the originator of the text would know exactly what was meant, but from the context I can't see that anything else but 'sales' would make sense."

Introduction sales

"Indsalg" is mainly used in the introduction of a new product at a customer = either really low prices / small margin or high prices / small volume
Peer comment(s):

agree Mads Grøftehauge : This is certainly one use of the term. It corresponds with the added expenses. But some people (like call centres) do mean 'inbound selling' by it.

http://www.ordbogen.com proffers \"inbound selling\", but that is, in my opinion, wrong.

internal sales

This is a stratagy which allows a company to forgo some taxes on a global market by producing the products in one tax zone and selling the product to its self in another tax zone for extremely low amounts of money avoiding some taxes and pushing savings around to places where there is low tax.

I have asked three danes, two of which have gone to business school. They can not understand the sentence as it is written, it is too ambiguous. Internal sales is just as good a guess as introductory sales based on the sentence.
