I would really appreciate help with the word "initiativpligt" - I have searched and searched and cannot seem to find the English term except of course for the obvious. So I just want to be sure. The word is used in the following sentence:
"Leverandøren har initiativpligten til alle opgaver i relation til samarbejde."
