Me encuentro traduciendo un documento médico del español al inglés y este término aparece múltiples pero no termino de encontrar un equivalente en inglés.
Pregunté a una miembro del personal del Banco de sangre y me dijo que la Hoja de Conducción es una hoja que contiene todos los datos de la transfusión como el nombre, edad y se llena desde el inicio hasta el final de la transfusión; basicamente esta hoja se usa para medir la trazabilidad de toda la transfusión. Otra breve explicación que me dio es: "controles de funciones vitales seriados desde el inicio hasta el final de la transfusión"
