Not sure whether "choro" means "I cry/weep" or maybe something else.

On the other hand, "querer" sometimes means "to love" in Pessoa's poetry. Maybe "I exude love"? I also thought of "I regret loving". Who knows? In your answer, please include the reasoning behind it. Thanks!

I am not sure, without further context, if the "wanting" is a desire "to belong."
That is, if "Sempre eu! Ó sorte, dá-me o olvido" is some sort of parenthetical line.
Most likely not, so I would go with the sense of
I regret [my own] desire / my own "wantingness" if you wish.
It is always me! Oh God [fate/fortune...] give me forgetfulness
[so as] to forget that I belong / Or: "to forget that I want to belong"
That's how I feel it.
Can be "regret" or could be "crying for my desire, my desire to belong"...

Ele quer, é indeciso, e chora porque não consegue decidir-se. Portanto, a tradução é literal: I cry/I weep, I want: I cry because I can’t decide myself; I want and I cry simultaneously because of my indecision. I want, I can’t and because of that I cry. Everybody knows (who ever studied F Pessoa) that he’s a very timid person, he invented the heteronymous (Ricardo Reis, Alberto Caeiro, Álvaro de Campos) and then he lost his timidity. But when he’s Pessoa himself it’s like that: he never decides…):
