The "End" stands for "Endorsements". If you have any, they are after "End" in cryptic codes which are usually explained on the back of the card. For instance, "9a End Y" is a motorcycle permit endorsement
Toutefois en anglais britannique le sens dans le contexte de la conduite automobile est celui d'infraction, de contravention (ce qui est fort différent).
