From an academic transcript of the University of Montreal for a Bachelor's Degree i.e. Baccalauréat ès sciences; the transcript shows 8 columns i.e. Cours; Description, Crédits, SUIVIS, Obtenus, Note, Points, Moyenne Gen.

Said column shows what seem to be the maximum mark/grade that can be obtained for each subject.

@Ghyslaine Unless your transcript is different from these, also from the University of Montreal, it seems to refer to the number of credits taken:
