: Source context: common "questions" asked by patients, not "quejas." You "consult" your doctor about a "complaint." Context and common sense rule the choice of words in a translation. Good interpretation of words in context=good translation.

: I disagree with both "habitual" and, above all, "consultation". This is an extremely literal translation, which would not be used by an English speaking person.
