Nunca he oído "hotel visit", y he trabajado varios años en un centro médico, pero supongo que sí se podría usar en este contexto - si el médico trabaja en un lugar donde hay muchos turistas que necesitan atención médica y no pueden viajar hasta el consultorio, supongo que el médico les visitaría en el hotel. En el centro médico donde he trabajado se diría simplemente "home visits", incluso si el médico fuera a ver a un paciente en un hotel.
En tu contexto diría "Home and hotel calls/visits".
