durchschnittlicher Zahlungszeitraum

In SAP lingo this is usually "average credit days" or "average days to pay": the average number of days that it takes the clients to pay their invoices and hence the average number of days that the supplier provides credit to the clients. The German "Zahlungszeitraum" could be literally rendered as "duration to pay". It should fit the bill most closely, I think.

durchschnittlicher Tageskredit(stand)
