English term

as full and ample a manner

English to German Law/Patents Law (general) Last Will
Aus einem englischen Testament:

"AND IT IS further decreed and ordered by the court that upon the said Adam xxx the Younger his making the several payments aforesaid or giving good security for the same that thereupon the said Adam xxx, his heirs and assigns do hold the said plantation and tract of land and premises with the appurtenances for the same estate in ***as full and ample a manner*** as the said Adam xxx the Elder, his father, in his lifetime held and enjoyed the same exonerated and discharged from the further claims of the said younger children of the said Intestate and all persons claiming or to claim the same under them or any of them."

"as full and ample a manner" scheint ein feststehender Begriff zu sein, immerhin 100Tsd Googletreffer.

in demselben vollständigen Umfang

The way I understand it, this is about holding AND enjoying the estate to the same extent as Adam xxx the had done. Hence, I consider "Umfang" a good choice. I hope this is elegant enough... :)
