Dutch term

aanleggen (van hemostatische beursnaad)

Dutch to English Medical Medical (general) pacemaker implantation
Hi all,

How do I translate "aanleggen" here? This is the entire sentence:

Aanleggen van hemostatische beursnaad (hemostatic suture line) thv guidewire in de vena subclavia.

Aanleggen is also used in another sentence: Aanleggen van teugels (leads).

Many thanks,
--Ann
