This is a note from a practitioner. There are two (2) generic terms used to describe the movements in your email: effleurage or gliding. We have no specific term to differentiate between the first and second movements as you have with plattgriff and harkengriff. If an instructor were to describe these movements, they would add in the term 'effleurage' and continue with the definitions you have already:

“Using effleurage, move along the spinal column from top to bottom…” (plattgriff)

“The same effleurage movement, but then with curved fingers…” (harkengriff)

Effleurage – a succession of strokes applied by gliding the hand over an extended portion of the body

Gliding – the practice of gliding the hand over some portion of the client’s body with varying amounts of pressure
