It seems to me that Mr Servotte was barking up the wrong tree on this occasion. All the websites that refer to \"bedrijfsheffing\" are Belgian, and all seem to refer to what is known in the Netherlands as \"loonbelasting\", or simply payroll tax, which is a form of input tax withheld by the employer (or withholding agent (pensions, etc.)) that is later deducted from any income tax owing on wages or salaries, etc. earned in employment.
