pari passu ranking 'Gelijkstelling van aandelen' normally refers to 'pari passu ranking' or 'equal treatment' of shares'. I'm not quite sure how this fits in the given context though. Perhaps the meaning is that redeemed shares, regardless of type, will be given equal treatment in the subsequent liquidation procedure.
