How much to charge to transcribe French to French (i.e. only transcription, not translation)?

I have not done transcribing for several years, so I am not sure what the rates should be these days. It will have to include time codes. All I know right now is that it is conversations, nothing technical, in Canadian French. I then may be asked to translate into British English.
