What do you exactly understand in a sentence "1 year, with Co-Op 2 years" regarding the entire duration? Is it one year for education + one year for Co-op, which means two years all in all? Or Is is it one year for education + two years for Co-op, which makes up three years together?

It's a one year course, if you choose the co-op version you'll have one or several placements/internships as well and the course will take 2 years to complete (including the internship(s), though they're not necessarily one after the other; you could do 1 semester of classes, followed by 1 semester in a professional environment and then back to classes again, etc.) but you'll have a year of experience in your field as well as industry contacts. Some translation degrees used to have co-op, engineering often has it.
