Source text - English Article 8- FORCE MAJEURE:
The parties might be exposed to the natural disasters that have occurred in the degree to COVID-19 and its derivatives, excluding epidemics, war, mobilization, fire, explosion, or parties outside government, such as the decisions of the public authorities that may cause cease working entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently and beyond the control of happened in the cases where the two parties are considered force majeure.
In such cases, the parties will not be liable, and the obligations of the parties arising from this Contract will be suspended for a period between the end with the start date of force majeure, the parties will not be responsible for their obligations arising from this Contract as long as the force majeure continues. The parties won't be in demand of compensation or payment for failing to meet their obligations in this process. As a matter of fact, the Party exposed to force majeure will take the necessary care and effort to fulfill its obligations specified in this Contract, or at least part of them, by reducing the effects of force majeure.
The parties shall immediately notify the other party in writing of the occurrence of force majeure and shall submit it with official documents. If this situation lasts for 7 (Seven) days without interruption, the Party that has not been subjected to force majeure has the option to terminate or wait for the Contract without paying any compensation. COVID-19 and its derivatives are not a force majeure under this Contract. The Parties have signed this Contract in awareness of this issue.

Taraflar, COVID-19 ve benzeri etkide meydana gelen doğal afetler, salgın hastalıklar hariç olmak üzere savaş, seferberlik, yangın, patlama veya kamu otoritelerinin kararları gibi tamamen veya kısmen, geçici veya sürekli olarak faaliyetlerin durmasına neden olabilecek ve iki tarafın kontrolü dışında gerçekleşen mücbir sebep sayılan olaylara maruz kalabilirler.
Bu gibi durumlarda taraflar faaliyetlerin durmasından sorumlu tutulmayacaktır. Tarafların işbu Sözleşmeden doğan yükümlülükleri mücbir sebebin başlangıç tarihi ile bitişi arasındaki süreçte askıya alınacaktır. Taraflar mücbir sebep devam ettiği sürece işbu sözleşmeden kaynaklanan taahhütlerinden sorumlu olmayacak ve Tarafların bu süreçte yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmemeleri sebebiyle birbirlerinden tazminat ya da ücret talepleri de olmayacaktır. Mücbir sebebe maruz kalan Taraf, mücbir sebebin etkilerinin azalmasıyla işbu Sözleşmede belirtilen yükümlülüklerini ya da en azından bir kısmını yerine getirmek için gereken özen ve çabayı gösterecektir.
Taraflar mücbir sebebin vukuunu derhal yazılı olarak karşı tarafa bildirecek ve resmi belgeler ile tevsik edecektir. Bu hâlin kesintisiz olarak 7 (Yedi) gün sürmesi durumunda mücbir sebebe maruz kalmamış olan Taraf, Sözleşmeyi herhangi bir tazminat ödemeksizin fesih etme veya bekleme hakkını saklı tutar. COVID-19 ve türevleri işbu Sözleşme kapsamında bir mücbir sebep değildir. Taraflar bu hususun bilincinde olarak işbu Sözleşmeyi imzalamışlardır.
