I am an internationally experienced and multilingual SAP Security Consultant, Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager with over 7 years of experience ranging from local to global corporate organisations. I pride myself on providing exceptional client service, and my focus is on developing strategies for long-term customer relationship maintenance, and defining and planning programs of work to implement new technologies and embed change. To deliver successful projects, I aim to understand the complexity of human interactions and the unique client perspectives and experiences, which help me improve service delivery and gain fulfilment at a personal level. My passion for foreign languages has helped me to bring a people-centric approach to my work.
