Es gab von Seiten des Fiskus eine Aktienbewertung welche überprüft wurde. Weiter ist im Zusammenhang mit der Prüfung 2005 im 2006 eine zusätzlicher Aufwand entstanden, da die Zahlen einfach nicht vollständig waren, keine klaren Aussagen vorhanden waren betreffend Verpflichtungen und die Verwendung des Ergebnisses mehrfach unklar resp. geändert wurden. Auch wurde dem Umstand Rechnung getragen, dass eine korrekte und vollständige Abgrenzung erfolgen musste (im Hinblick auf die Liquidation oder eines evtl... Verkaufs.. Zusätzlich werden jeweils franz. Versionen erstellt.
Es wurden auch ein paar Abklärungen über den approx. Wert der Firma für den Verkauf durchgeführt, da der Verkauf der Firmen anstehend war. (Die div. Abklärungen und Telefone mit den möglichen Parteien sind unentgeltlich erfolgt. )

There have also been a few inquiries into the approx. value of the company for the sales price, since the sale of the company was due. (The various inquiries and telephone calls with all possible parties were free of charge.)
